Adding Failure Mode Categories

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the System Wide section, click Failure Mode Category.
   Result: The Failure Mode Category window is displayed.
4. Click Action > Add.
   Result: The Failure Mode Category entry window is displayed.

5. Enter a code for the failure mode category.
   

6. Click the Save button.
   Result: The new failure mode category has been added to the failure mode category list.
